Desktop IE 8.0 (on my desktop PC!) says canInitiateVoiceCall=True

description

My IE 8.0 (user agent string : "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0)" ) says it canInitiateVoiceCall - this is wrong, it can not.
Why?

This is a Windows7 PC.

Hi!

I have the same problem with Firefox 3.6/3.6.2.
User agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; sv-SE; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2

Using the 2010-03-10 release of mdbf.

Does this mean via what kind of link exactly?
A skype: link makes a call if you have skype installed.
