Not Detecting HTC Hero (Sprint) ?

description

I have implemented this but it's not detecting my new HTC Hero (USA Sprint version). Seem to detect iPhones OK. Any chance of getting the Hero added soon?

Hi Bill

Thanks for the comment, we would love to add support for the HTC hero. To do this we need the UA or user agent string from your new HTC hero. If you visit the following site on your mobile phone it will display the UA.
http://device.live-int.com/di
Could you enter the UA here, on CodePlex and we will work to add support for your device as soon as we can.

Thanks,
Aidan

Hi Aidan,

Here is the UA for my HTC Hero (USA Sprint version)

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 1.5; en-us; A6277 Build/CUPCAKE) AppleWebKit/528.5+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.2 Mobile Safari/525.20.1

Regards

Bill

What is the status of this issue as I am also running into issues with my site reporting the HTC device as undetected, it appears my user-agent string is identical to the one Bill posted, with one exception:

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 1.5; en-us; ADR6200 Build/CUPCAKE) AppleWebKit/528.5+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.2 Mobile Safari/525.20.1

My ADR build is different.

Thanks,
